RETURN POLICY

We have a Free Return Policy.
As long as your item is not a final sale item (which is very rare & always advertised at the point of sale) you can return items for any reason, using the steps below. 
Please try on everything as soon as you get it. & email/message within 14 days of receiving your product, to let us know you are returning - we need to have your name on the receiving list. {info@minniestreasure.com}
Print out your receipt and RETURN SHIPPING LABEL from your email & circle or highlight the item on the receipt that you are returning. We cannot process returns without a receipt or packing slip.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Since we are a boutique and quantities are limited, if you return an item it is not guaranteed we will have a different size in stock.
